Are you doing the same thing over and over again in your job search and getting the same results?
Most people fall into a rut of just clicking the apply online button because it is easy.
The problem with this is that you will get lost in a sea of resumes.
Then you wonder why they never hear back from companies.
The job market has changed since COVID-19.
It is time to do something different.
LinkedIn should be your best friend right now.
Make sure that you have a well-optimized LinkedIn profile that is keyword rich and highlights your most significant accomplishments and what you can bring to a company.
Search the companies that you want to work for and find the decision-makers that would make the hiring decisions.
Send a personalized connection request that shows you took the time to look at their profile.
Track who has accepted your request and who has not.
For the people that did not connect, find their business email address.
Now engage with them.
If you do this, you will be different from 99% of other job seekers.
Take action and do something different today.
